DJB Legal Training Update
DJB Legal Training is still going strong with 40 different events already place this year.
DJBLT is specifically designed to provide practical entertaining and focussed training for chartered surveyors, valuers and other property professionals. Six different half-day courses are available, attracting 3 CPD points each.
The current programme includes seminars on:
- 'Negotiating Business Tenancies (including recent updates')
- 'Lease Renewals and Terminations'
- 'Case Law Changes: Be Ahead of the Claim'
- 'Recent Developments for Surveyors: Statues and Regulations'
- 'Development Land – Acquisition Through to Disposal'
- 'Modern Negligence Issues for Surveyors'.
Forthcoming events are taking place in Brighton, Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham, Southampton, Derby, Manchester, Norwich, Newcastle, Chester and Leeds
DJBLT is presented by Richard Snape, DJB research consultant and noted speaker on Property Law. A former full-time lecturer of Law at the University of the West of England, Richard has written extensively on property matters for publications including the Conveyancer and NLJ. He has been a regular contributor on CPD courses since 1991 and lectures to the Land Registry and local Law Societies nationwide.
