DJB Launches New Conference for the Public Sector

Davitt Jones Bould has launched a new training event specifically designed for professionals working with Public Sector property and estates.

The first DJB Property Law Conference for the Public Sector is due to take place on Wednesday 14th November 2007 in Bristol.  It will be a full day event attracting 6 CPD points and covering topics essential for those dealing with Public Sector estates, such as acquisitions and disposals, clawback and overage, the Crichel Down Rules, Chancel Repairs, Business Tenancies, Options and Breaks, Rent Review, Energy Performance and Overview of S25 and S26 LTS 1954.

Richard Snape LLM, a noted speaker on Property Law and consultant with DJB, will present the conference.

The event is supported by OGCbuying.solutions, the executive agency responsible for the Catalist frameworks, who will also be present on the day.
