Too Late for LGPC 2007!

It is now officially too late for anyone wanting to attend an LGPC in 2007 - But there are still plenty of opportunities in 2008!

The last Local Government Property Conference of 2007 took place at Keele, Staffordshire, on Tuesday 6th November.

The series of four 2007 conferences, aimed purely at those with responsibility for Local Government property and estates, attracted representitives from more than 80 Local Authorities around the country.

Jointly presented by Davitt Jones Bould, King's Chambers and Bruton Knowles, all organisations noted for their work and expertise in the areas of property and planning law, topics ranged from 'Successful Land Assembly' to 'Effective Disposals', 'New Planning Regime' to 'Maximising Value'.  DJB consultant and noted speaker Richard Snape presented lectures on 'The Crichel Down Rules' and 'Clawback and Overage'.

The LGPC is a full day event attracting 6 CPD points.  Three events are expected to take place next year covering 6 new subjects pertinent to Local Government.
