DJBLT 2009 dates now published – 8 new courses taking place at 10 locations.
2009's seminars have a topical theme – property in a downturn. RIchard Snape, noted speaker on Property law, looks at the lessons to be learned from previous recessions. He will combine this with the implications of the very latest in case law to provide information on the best way to operate in difficult times
In addition, there are two further new courses:
A seminar series on Public Sector Land will explain issues that are often misunderstood, such as Clawback and Overage.
A further new series will be of particular interest to Agricultural Surveyors. These courses will consider business leases and the Agricultural tenant and the implications of diversification of farming land use.
